Dark Shadows DVD Club Member Agreement

When you become a member of the Dark Shadows DVD Club, you'll receive your 6th DVD Collection each year FREE after you have purchased 5 Dark Shadows DVD Collection at the regular Club price ($59.98 each) every other month for one year. MPI Home Video will pay shipping & handling (through standard U.S. Mail) on all 6 DVD Collections. Local taxes, if any, on the 6 DVD collections will be added to your purchase price. Please note that free shipping & handling applies only to standard U.S. mail and excludes all other shipping options and costs.

Your credit card will be automatically charged as soon as each new Dark Shadows DVD collection is released, and you will be contacted with an e-mail confirmation for each DVD collection purchase. Your credit card will be refunded for the free collection within 10-14 days after the initial charge. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your DVD selection within 10 days and your account will be credited.

You may cancel your club membership at any time, with no further obligations, via a written request. You will only be eligible for current year benefits. If you cancel your membership before you have qualified for your free collection during the year, you will not receive any pro-rated benefits on your club purchases.

This offer is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older residing in the United States & Canada. Void where prohibited. MPI reserves the right to limit the number of memberships per person per year, request additional information, reject any application, or cancel any membership. DVD’s obtained through the Dark Shadows DVD Club are for member use only and are not for resale.
